I didn’t learn this today exactly, but one of my coworkers made a joke this weekend by calling a group of people a gaggle and I asked what that meant and they said it was a group of geese. There are often a lot of weird names for a group of a certain species, but this name was honestly so funny to me. A gaggle of geese just sounds silly to me. I also am so used to seeing the northern geese that I forgot what other kinds of geese look like.
