I usually do not write poems, but I feel like I should start writing more. It could help me express more of my feelings on paper. I used to write a lot of fiction when I was younger, and I enjoyed creating stories, but I did not have as much time as I got older. I took this picture the day before I left Florida because I wanted to be reminded of the warm light reflecting off the green palm trees. I enjoy thinking about living somewhere warm when I get older. I knew Florida was not the place for me at this point in my life, but later on I can see myself living somewhere warmer than Maine.
